Represents manufacturers of medical devices in the New England states; Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Upstate New York. KM Medical, Inc. has been in business since 1987. Kathleen Mollohan Logan started the company and has grown the business through very focused customer care. We are extremely committed sales people that have on average 15 years of medical sales experience. There are four of us in the field, with Jennifer Hunter managing the office.
What makes KM Medical different from other medical sales companies is our complete commitment to our customers. We believe they are what has kept us in this business and has helped us become successful for over the last 16 years. The care of our customers is always the first and most important part of our business. We demonstrate our commitment to our customers in several ways. The first is that when a customer calls us, Jennifer usually answers the phone instead of a voice mail system greeting. We believe the customer wants to and should speak to a person rather than a machine. We also ship out ALL orders the day the order is placed with us. This ensures that the customer will receive the product the next day but they only pay for ground shipping charges. If we ship UPS ground in New England the product arrives to our customer overnight. Another service our customers have become accustomed to is emergency delivery if needed. We guarantee 2-hour delivery in the Boston area if there is an emergency. Obviously, we carry a healthy inventory in order to provide this kind of service for our customers. Our customers are treated very well!
We make several calls within the hospital with our focus on the following; Interventional Radiology, Interventional Cardiology, Hematology, Oncology, the Operating Room, and the Neonatal Intensive Care Units.
When we choose to sell a product we have to make sure that it will “fit in our bag”. In doing so, we are able to care for the customer in a comprehensive manner. We look to have long and healthy relationships with our manufacturers as we do with our customers.
